You have the opportunity of replacing or returning the items if they do not match. However, there are certain conditions :
- Notify the exchange request by generating a return from your order history, or directly via this link:
Make my return request. within 14 days after the delivery of it to your home or to your relay point AND within the same timeframe, your return parcel must be delivered to the carrier's depot indicated on your returns label :
- Login to your customer account
- •Go to the section: "My account" / "My orders"
- •Select the relevant order and click on ‘Details’.
- •Then click on the "Request a return" button
- •You will then be taken to the returns form. Your order number and email address are pre-filled. Tick the "I accept the privacy policy" box to continue and click on "Next step".
- •Choose the items you wish to return
- •Indicate, for each item, whether it is a "standard" return (e.g. you have changed your mind, the size does not fit, etc.) or a "defect or error" return, i.e. if you have identified a defect or if you have received an item with a size or model error.
- • Indicate your preference between a voucher or a refund*
- • Indicate the reason for return for each item returned

- • You can also enter a personalised message and add one or more images to support your words
- • Once you have completed your request, proceed to the next step and validate your return request
- • An email confirming your request will then be sent to you. It will contain the returns process to follow in order to return your items

*If a voucher/gift card was used to pay for your order, this will be refunded first.
- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unworn with their original labels.
- The items will be returned at the customer's expense via the same carrier as your initial order, using the label that will be available in the returns procedure email.
- Please note that the return address is already pre-encoded on the RETURN label.
- If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer can use their own reinforced packaging.
In case of non-compliance with these instructions, the returned product will be considered as not complying with our return policy and will not be refunded.
